🇧🇷 BRAZIL IS HEADING TOWARD A HUDGE ECONOMIC CRISIS

Lula will not cut government spending because doing so would cost him the political support that keeps him in power, fueled by corruption and pork-barrel politics. In his mind, staying in power comes before the interests of the nation.

As a result, he will drive Brazil deeper into poverty and, like a typical Marxist socialist, tighten government control and social repression. In fact, this is already happening, with growing calls to regulate social media, restrict freedom of speech, and impose outright censorship.

Meanwhile, Lula will squeeze Brazilian businesses and workers even harder, despite their already crushing tax burden.

Brazilian entrepreneurs will face two choices: evade taxes or shut down their businesses.

If they choose the first, they risk investigations and punishment by the state. If they choose the second, they may end up dependent on government handouts just to survive.

And that is precisely what Lula and his Workers’ Party (PT) want: a population increasingly dependent on the government and, therefore, easier to control.

@Newsforce: 🇧🇷 Brazil’s combined value-added tax rate could exceed 30% if the Senate approves an 11.3% federal consumption tax rate.

The reform was originally projected at 26.5% and aims to simplify the country’s complex tax system.

Critics warn service-sector businesses that rely heavily on labor could face significantly higher tax bills.
